I never thought pizza could be bad. We got the bacon ranch pesto. It appears to be garlic bread with just some toppings on top. For $33 I would have expected better. It's too bad I've been wanting to try this place for years very disappointing.
This place is mainly a to go place, and the little seating they do have is all outdoors. The pizza they made was a little burnt on the bottom, but aside from that, it was good. The sausage was ? but the pepperoni was not as good, sadly.

ABOVE AVERAGE pan pizza, crunchy crust & tasty toppings. BUT... What is with the $30 pizzas in Portland? As a Neapolitan paisano that grew up on NYC pizza, I gotta say -- pizza is just NOT a $30 item. Fullstop. "Not approved!"
While the harissa pizza is amazing an incredibly flavorful, I wish they had more selections for vegetarians
Warning: while the lower price is appreciated, the related slice size reduction changed the character and quality of the pie. Losing height changed the dough/crust experience. Was previously a cut above many other Detroit styles in PDX, and now it’s an unremarkable pie. Bummer!

It’s mostly a pick-up/takeout kind of place. Probably don’t plan to sit. But the pizza is fantastic. I’d give it a 15/5 if I could.

Be aware that single slices were recently changed to be HALF the size they used to be. Prices went from $8ish to $5ish each.
Good lord this pizza is amazing!
I consider myself a pizza connoisseur and this is some of THE best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m from New York, but lived near Chicago for years, so I’ve had it all. The crust was buttery and crispy and the pepperoni had the greasy little pools that you just can’t get anywhere. I will definitely go back and highly recommend. No place to sit and dine, but you walk down the street to a super sweet bar (Function NE) and you can eat there and get a cold beer. Perfect!

The large vegan cheese pizza is eight rectangular slices of Detroit-style pizza, so it has a thick, chewy crust, and sauce on top of the cheese. The flavor and consistency was good.
Perfectly crispy Detroit style pizza will make you fight over the corner piece

More like lasagna than pizza. They blobbed such large amounts of marinara on mind that it seems almost like waste
