Really good wings with a variety of sauces. Although the atmosphere seems like fast food, it's not. It takes about 20 minutes between order and food ready. If you accept that, you won't be dissapointed. Ownership needs to establish decessuon making process for employees. There was a big blowup with yelling and screaming between employees with a 4 hour early closure.

Went to this location on 82nd by the old Walmart to pick up my online order I placed for a Super Bowl event I was hosting 2/11/24. I was told once I arrived it would be a 45 minute wait. An hour passed Super Bowl game started still waiting….. So I inquired on the status of my Oder being I was under the impression it would be ready any minute. The manager Victor and staff treated me very Rude they made sarcastic remarks and was extremely unprofessional! I felt humiliated by their actions in handling this entire situation! I was told they’re no longer preparing Boneless wings and as for a refund I’m not getting my money back, even though I’d already paid for my food online. The customer service here towards people of color is non existent, UNBELIEVABLY pathetic and is lacking professionalism! I can’t believe that racism is still prevalent and nothing was done on their behalf to resolve this issue that was clearly created by them! I Will NEVER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!

Update: This has gone completely down hill. First it started with issues with ordering online, then the fries turned awful now: I STILL can't order online so I called, got an AI that kept repeating and then said there was an issue, got sent to a call center where she told me it looks like the sauce I wanted was possibly out so I could ask when I get there. I get there to be ignored for a few minutes, the guy passes me off to a girl that can't figure out what the POS is doing and then tells me that they're only taking cash. In short, don't waste your money or time. This place is no longer what it was.Original 6yrs ago: Yum! Yum! Yum! Worth the wait. I love the Cajun wings and the seasoned fries. Weekly stop for me ?

Stop at the NE 102 nd Ave today. A black woman started screaming at me because after waiting 15 minutes for my order, “I was acting privileged because I wanted to know how much longer it was going to take. She went on and on insulting me as much as she could. I will never go back there or any other Wing Stop in the future. It’s a shame that restaurants have to put up with such low class people!

We order from this location at least once a month (sometimes twice) and the food is always fantastic!! Last Friday we had one very minor issue (not food quality) and I left them a message online and today I recieved a call from the owner (manager maybe?) who was quick to go above and beyond to resolve the issue!! He was also very friendly about it. The fact that they went out of their way to actually call me is a sign of great management.Thanks again

Those wingstop is horrible the crew is just always lallygaggin and messing around. They hardly wash their hands after touching their clothes or the register/money. They are always forgetting food and then sometimes the food is cold and sitting on the rack. The tables always have garbage and sauce on them the soda machine has soda overflowing. This place is ridiculous and the worst part is i just come in for doordash orders. I will never eat here

The 20 piece was very good.It also came with fries they were great! For only 16.99. You could choose 4 flavors and 2 dipping sauces. The staff was a little busy and acted confused. It took me almost a half hour to get my order. I went back a 2nd time.I will be going back more often.
