Quite an enjoyable experience. Love the wing special on Mon & Tues. Got a chance to sample a lot of different flavors without having to make a full commitment to a large order. The staff was friendly & very mannerable.

I placed an order for 100 wings for an event at my place of business almost an hour and a half before I needed them. 45 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered this Wingstop location cancelled my order with no explanation as to why. I am very disappointed with this and will not be ordering from Wingstop ever again.

I am a big fan of WingStop. I think they have the best wings in Portland even beating Fire on the Mountain. However, they have messed up my order on a few occasions now. I once ordered all flats and was given all legs, and today, I ordered half hot honey and half lemon pepper and was given all wings with no sauce at all. I’m seriously disappointed every time this happens and sad because it’s my favorite.

It was my first time here. I expected greasy overpriced food. But I got helpful service with a bar like atmosphere.The cook takes pride in his cooking (which you don't see anymore) and told me about how the chicken was cooked. Both of these people were older, energetic, and happy. They gave me space and were helpful. The place was clean except for a few fingerprints on windows. Even though they were expensive. I feel it was worth it. My only complaint is the music was loud (but I am sensitive to niose.

Forgot half of my order, then they say they will remake it but make me wait an additional 30+ minutes to get my food after I was told only 15 minutes. Wasted my time and day just trying to get my full order. Incompetent employees. Worst wingstop I've been too. They hardly even believed me as if they didn't give my full order instead of owning up to their own mistake, disappointing

Wings and chicken sandwich were great. Fries were really sweet. Not sure if that’s the typical seasoning they put on but tasted like they accidentally put more sugar in than salt. If you heder the traditional wings, be prepared to wait 15 min which isn’t a bad thing since they cook them fresh but don’t order if you’re in a hurry.

The service is better than the food but that is a pretty low bar.
The most overpriced chain in America for what you get.
Its just wings, you didn't split the atom, stop pricing them like you are the last wing place on the planet.
The kids they employ work hard but they aren't creating cuisine, they are heating up wings and tossing them in sauce. They can't make chicken salad out of chicken ****.

I went in to order food and I only had 100$ and there machine wasn’t working right on reading the bill mind you it did pass the bill did and they wanna accuse me of having fake money mind you I have my boyfriend and my 3 year old daughter with me . The lady had to turn on and off the machine 4 times to get it to work… the guy was very disrespectful and was aggressive.. management needs to pick better people to hire .

I came in to pick up an order for delivery and had to wait a few more minutes for the food to be ready. Another couple of people came in around 11:30 pm and were refused service because they were closing at midnight. Not sure if that’s the standard procedure here but the hours should change if that’s the case. I’ve never heard of a restaurant refusing customers 30 minutes before they close.
