When I politely asked about the missing fries, the manager refused to give them to me, stating that because I received corn, I was not entitled to fries despite the combo price clearly including fries. His communication was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. He told me I could “leave a review,” then walked away, refusing to resolve the issue. (team members also LIED to me stating the guy in hat was general manager) which he wasn’t.
This situation was not about the food itself but about the lack of basic customer service, poor communication, and unwillingness to fix a clear mistake. I left without receiving the full order I paid for.
I’ve been a Wingstop customer for a long time, and this experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this location’s management is reviewed so this does not continue to happen to other customers.

I ordered my Uber eats delivery at 8:30 PM and there was a glitch and I ended up getting my order messed up in this wonderful restaurants saved my order and gave me times two of what I ordered what I paid for blessed me today after I was having a terrible day, even wrote on the drink carrier, a smiley face in a heart praise to the 6 to 10 or six to one shift you guys are warriors. We love you.

I had recently picked up a order for my fiancé at work , she got super busy and couldn’t eat till she got home and once she got home and looked at her food and tried to take a bite the chicken was completely pink inside, wasn’t cooked all the way thru. The manager stated they would be giving a refund for the inconvenience and we have yet to get our refund or a texted message from them like they stated.
