I would love to give you 5 stars but the restaurant is disgusting. They don't clean the bathrooms and neither employees wear gloves when preparing food.

I called in an order to Wingstop and when I arrived, they had no record of it in their system. The young lady helping me was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be given the circumstances. I was willing to reorder and wait, I simply asked if they could offer a small discount (even 10%) for the inconvenience. That’s when the so-called “manager,” Jonathan, came over with an attitude and said no because they were busy
I wasn’t asking for a free meal, just some acknowledgment of their mistake and my wasted time. Instead, I got rudeness and zero accountability. It’s a shame, because the frontline staff was kind, but management clearly needs a reminder about customer service. Won’t be returning.

Guess employees can just smoke weed out front and laugh at people for no good reason? Couldn't even go in, I felt to uncomfortable 😣I took a photo of the 3 employees sitting out front on 9/3/2025 around 7 pm smoking without a care in the world.

worst experience I’ve ever had with Wingstop at this location, one female worker was extremely rude and condescending. If you don’t like your job then don’t come in. Not to mention how dirty it was inside and absolutely empty. just terrible customer service.

The food is great but this is the second time that I order there and when I arrive to the restaurant they have me waiting more than 20 minutes even though I order ahead this is in Brownsville Texas by Southmost rd.
A few years back this location wasn't run as well in my experience so I'm glad to see that they run efficiently now

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!
