Im giving a BIG BIG BIG SHOUT OUT to the young men that held it down tonight it was so many people coming in & it was only them working .... they were working so efficiently & they were very respectful .. my order was correct because of them I will definitely be returning i appreciate how I was taking care of .. thank you Jonathan, Roman , Dalvin

The food is great but this is the second time that I order there and when I arrive to the restaurant they have me waiting more than 20 minutes even though I order ahead this is in Brownsville Texas by Southmost rd.

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!
I ordered online. App said my food would be ready. I got there, my order was not ready. I looked at the workers, not 1 person in there was wearing gloves.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order. Today, April 4, 2025, I placed a delivery order for the meal for two. Upon arrival, I discovered that my large order of veggie sticks was missing.
I contacted your staff, who apologized and offered either to have me pick up the missing item or receive a refund for the veggie sticks. I explained that I preferred to receive the veggie sticks rather than a refund, as I had specifically ordered them as part of my meal. I also expressed my frustration at having to drive to the store after placing a delivery order.
I agreed to pick up the veggie sticks but requested that my chicken wing order be remade since I had not yet touched them and I would like to have my wings hot by the time I got back home. I offered to return the original wings as they had been untouched. Jonathan, the manager on duty, stated that remaking the wings was against policy. He suggested that I eat the wings before driving to pick up the veggie sticks.
I questioned why the wings could not be remade, and Jonathan informed me that he had consulted with his manager, Destiny Paine, who also denied my request. This entire situation could have been avoided if my initial order had been filled correctly. Instead, staff spent time writing my name repeatedly on the bag, while neglecting the actual contents of the order.
I feel that I received no adequate assistance and am appalled at being asked to either eat cold wings or, as Jonathan suggested, eat them first and then drive to pick up the missing veggie sticks. I requested that Destiny Paine call me back to resolve this issue, as the customer service I received was unacceptable.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
