First time ordering them. Never again got half our order and called to see what happen they wouldn’t do anything for us. Delivery driver only brought one of two bags is what I was told. Wouldn’t give us a refund because they use DoorDash for delivery even though we went through the wing stop app. Wingstop told us to go through DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash said Wingstop had to give us one. Only had a receipt from Wingstop. So I guess I’m out the money and 20% tip I gave.

I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like it’s just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldn’t go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I don’t recommend them other people still do but that’s just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasn’t not a good enough flavor for me.

Terrible quality. The only thing that was fresh was the fries. The wings were disgusting and completely unflavorful. I called the store to complain and was told that team leaders cannot process refunds and that a manager would have to handle it. I spoke with Cayden, who said a manager named Joseph would be reaching out. Still waiting for follow-up. Very disappointing experience.

I called at 11:40pm I was told 15 mins until my food will be ready. I arrived at 12:03pm. Food was not prepared, every staff member was confused and rude as if i didn’t order at all. I will not be coming back to this location.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and EVERY time I try to order the hot honey flavor, I get a different type of hot sauce instead. Tonight was the THIRD time they have given me something else instead of hot honey. I'm not sure if they ran out or if the person taking the orders is unable to read them, but I wont be ordering from here anymore. If I don't order hot honey, my orders are usually fine, but when UberEats won't even give a partial refund for the incorrect items, I'm not going to keep gambling and hoping my order is right.

Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

No straw, no fork, 1 am, can’t eat. So annoying and frustrating. DoorDash is crap. You guys should throw the utensil and straws in the bags. I get it. Half an hour before you close. I work in kitchens late. Boohoo. Pick a different career if you can’t do your jobs right. No sympathy. Voodoo seasoning all in one single spot, very obvious they are salty about the late order. Expect to work 15 minutes after you close every night. It’s PORTLAND not yeehaw nowhereville. Come on guys.
