No straw, no fork, 1 am, can’t eat. So annoying and frustrating. DoorDash is crap. You guys should throw the utensil and straws in the bags. I get it. Half an hour before you close. I work in kitchens late. Boohoo. Pick a different career if you can’t do your jobs right. No sympathy. Voodoo seasoning all in one single spot, very obvious they are salty about the late order. Expect to work 15 minutes after you close every night. It’s PORTLAND not yeehaw nowhereville. Come on guys.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

Food was soo good. Great customer service. Reason for the Star loss was due to my partner and I getting stomach cramps etc.. (we shared the same meal)
We go here all the time and yes they are super busy at this location, and you do have to wait a bit for you food but everyone who works there are AMAZING! They don't just leave you hanging. They check in your order progress for you and keep you updated. Never had a bad experience here
My favorite location everyone here is so friendly, very social, good energy, good vibes and the wine flavors actually taste like the flavors there definitely not skimping out on the powders and Sauce like other locations

I had placed an order yesterday for pick up at 2:30 (when my closer was supposed to be there) but my closer ended up running an hour late. I called them to let them know to toss the food because it wouldn't be another hour until I could get there. Instead they offered to remake it for 3:30 at no additional charge. I was about in tears already from frustration at my work situation, and they honestly made my day a little bit better
