I can't give it a good review, been there before, but lately they are really understaffed and it believe this is the reason for the quality, as it is affecting every aspect of the restaurant. Went there on a recent Saturday night, one waiter who takes your order behind the counter, one person running around serving food, and maybe one cook. Since they are so understaffed, the place is actually rather unkempt, bathroom is very dirty, no time to clean? My pizza was quite overcooked as they did not have time to check it because they were helping other people. They forgot my drink and did not have time to check on us once, had to get our own water and plates. The staff was friendly but obviously very rushed. The brussel sprouts were good. Sad because when they are on top of their game it's a good place. I can't see myself going back until things change.

They have been good in the past but I give them a one-star review for my visit last weekend. The service is terrible, not the staff but it's the lack of staff, if they can't operate a restaurant with such a few members of staff, they should not open at all, it's hurting their rep. I only saw 3 people working on a busy-ish weekend night. Long waits, questionable cleanliness. My pizza was tough, overcooked, and they forgot items I ordered. A shame because I had good meals in the past here.

Wood fired eats is my new favorite stop for dinner. They have such a welcoming staff and make every visit worth the trip. The wood fired pizza is my favorite pizza place in St. John's, the pizza master does great work. The drinks are incredible and I'm having fun going through the drink menu. Tonight I'm enjoying a spicy watermelon margarita. 10/10 recommend.

Not a lot of variety on their pizza menu and the pizza was average. They only have 4 beers on tap but an interesting cocktail menu.

I stopped in because of an urge for pizza, and I had never tried this place. I'm glad I did. The pizza, which I ordered to go, hit the spot with its wood fired taste. I'd forgotten how much I liked that. But what put it over the top was the friendliness and hospitality of the two young women staffing the place that day. On my way to the restaurant I'd driven by a dog that was obviously lost. I told the young women about the dog and that I wanted to check on it while I waited for the pizza. They promptly offered me dog biscuits to take on my quest. When I arrived at the point where I'd seen the dog I learned that some kind soul had taken it into the garden area of another restaurant. I left the biscuits and returned for my pizza. The young women were as happy as I was that the dog was being taken care of. Anyone who goes the extra mile for a dog is tops in my book. And the pizza and service were great!

Clean place. Only one person waiting on people. Didn't have fresh tomatoes we wanted for our pizza. And were out of green peppers so I had to take red. The pizza was excellent.

Not sure what is going on with this place. Just paid good money for two half baked watery pizzas with not so fresh toppings. Got them as a takeout so didn't find out until it was too late.
Very friendly staff. So friendly I could not complain about the horrible and over priced pizza. But, I did enjoy our visit and will probably return hoping the pizza gets better

The pizza was SO yummy. Fresh arugula, roasted bell peppers and a pesto drizzle. The homemade Caesar salad dressing was garlicky and delish. Really couldn't be happier.
