It has gone downhill since it was bought out and reopened. Smaller portions and more expensive fish and chips.
Taco Tuesday, $1.00 each
Cluck-cluck, come get it you peeps!
The service is exceptional. The staff is friendly and engaging.
Our food was delicious. I had the French Dip. I would love to have horseradish with it but it wasn't' available.
The burgers are my usual go to but I wanted to try the French dip this trip.
haven't been to the chicken since the new owners took over, mainly because they close way too early. its a bar, stay open later!
I'm somewhat low class, but I love it!
Made the mistake of ordering 1/2-lb. bbq chicken wings and picked it up then brought it home. Didn't open it until I got it home and found 1/2 lb. wings = 3. Unless the price of the accompanying celery and carrot sticks has gone way up, I won't be ordering here again.
New ownership has proven to be a disappointment. Halibut fish & chips were outrageously expensive. Price has gone up which is expected with food costs but from $16 to $25 ! For a 2 piece?? The halibut was just not the same. Quality has gone down. This WAS my favorite place for halibut but not anymore! So sad! Hardly any customers in the place and it is to be packed! I can see why now!
This place is overpriced. I called to order a half dozen of hot wings & the lady gave me a time frame for pickup. I go to pickup and it’s an order with only 4 inside. Total was $14 so I questioned where the rest of the wings were.
Apparently, they go by weight and not quantity. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. 1/2 pound of hot wings are $14, which is absurdly overpriced. I’ve learned my lesson and will never order food here again.

Note, for those interested in getting a food order to go. I recently stopped by to get a food order to go. Upon arriving home and reviewing my bill, I noticed I had been charged a "three dollar to go fee". This was in addition to the food bill and the tip I had paid. Evidently, they are now adding this fee to all of their food orders to go.

Been coming here for years. I wouldn’t say that I am necessarily a regular, but this is the number one place I’ll go in town for halibut fish and chips. The best, freshly dipped and fried.
However, the $4 fountain economy cola in addition to the three dollar to-go fee was maybe enough to make me not want to go back. I was certainly surprised at my total when given my bill. The bartender on shift said the $3 to go fee was for the kitchen staff apparently but don’t mind the 20% tip I left in hopes that it would be shared with weight and kitchen staff. Getting charge extra because I am taking my food to go seems quite odd. I guess just a heads up would’ve been nice.

Great bar, especially if you're a Niners fan. Even with a bad loss, I lost amongst my tribe! The staff was very professional and friendly. Even the Seachickens fans had a big screen tv,and were respected as football fans. 3 beers and a chicken sandwich was about $40, pretty fair these days. Highly recommend.

Really liked our server, Tammy (Tami); great personality. We've been customers for over 40 years, but it'd been about a year since we'd eaten there. We're glad they reopened; the fish and chips are as good as ever.
