Kitchen filled with bakers kneading and frosting. Lovely baristas at the register. Delicious pastries, good coffee, impeccable vibes. Clientele also delightful. Will definitely be back.

Probably the best coffeeshop in Portland. Excellent pastries and coffee, friendly staff, great atmosphere. The only way it could improve would be to expand in size to accommodate its popularity.

Delicious pastries and drinks. And just sweet kind people. They were really nice and helpful about a baby finch bird that got out of its nest early that’s now stuck under the tree infront of the shop. Watch out/keep an eye on the bird if you park/walk infront of the shop (the parents know it’s there and the wildlife bird folks are informed)! Highly highly recommend these good people. Specific shoutout to Maddy, so sweet, kind and great customer service too.

This is a great neighborhood spot with friendly people and a lively atmosphere. The baked goods are solid, but not exceptional by Portland standards. I live across town, but I am a repeat customer here when I am in the area.

The coffee seems to lack taste and caffeine. I had four shots in a latte and fell asleep 😴 Tired 😫

waited half an hour for our food while watching other people who got there after us get theirs

I come here quite often but I’m always dismayed by the carousel of surly staff who make you feel like they’re doing you a favor.

I ordered the "biscuits" and gravy and a peppermint mocha to go. What I received was ***one**** biscuit floating in gravy and a peppermint mocha that didn't taste like peppermint............I was under the impression that
biscuit= 1
Biscuits = 2 or more
It might be a good idea to ask the customer if they would like to pay for another biscuit or if one would be enough!!! In the end it cost me $20.00 and seems very expensive for what was ordered. The taste was ok but not worthy of the price for what was received, and my review would most likely be different had there been
***" biscuits**** or if my peppermint mocha tasted like peppermint. Maybe throw in a link of sausage for the price or a slice of bacon then I could see $14.75. This place would be a good alternative to meeting an old friend vs meeting at a bar but not a place you would go to to have a breakfast with good portions.

Parking: It can be tough to find parking. I lucked out and pulled up as someone was leaving.

I like coffee served here. Nice place overall with good professional staff. Didn’t try any food or pastries here so no score for that. Lack of parking place but that’s kinda “normal “ for Portland ☺️
