We stopped by this grocery store to get a coffee and I got a Chai Latte and I have to say it was one the of the best I've ever had, although the server did noticeably twitch when I requested regular as opposed to vegetable milk. :)

The best neighborhood spot in the pearl district!!! and for visitors as well , it fronts as just a local grocery store but if you go inside you’ll find out it’s so much more ??

I have been shopping between here and Barber foods since I was a child. Let me say I love this store and frequent it all the time. I forgot my credit card and went home and paid them by phone within 30 min and was just told by a security guard I was no longer invited to shop there. The people who work there are awesome but their management is not. Don’t forget your CC and pay later or you will be banned! Jeeze

We all know this place is overpriced ie. Aldens ice cream here is $15 while three blocks away whole foods it is $10. Limited on inventory and down right nasty people. If you are of color you will be followed, while you watch a white patron stick a bottle of wine in their purse. The security guard claims his just doing his job so whose responsible for the profiling. While I cannot by law call someone a racist but when you tell someone (the general manager Jason) to their face that their behavior leads one to believe they are racist and they never deny it well come to your own conclusion.

Kinda small place for a big box store. But they have a lot of deli items but I wouldn't recommend it if you can travel further. Too expensive and busy.
