All of the food we had was all very average. Nothing special. It also want very cost friendly. The wine we had was also very average. Again, nothing special. The service was good and seating was available. It was also one of only a few places open on Mondays. We have been here before and it was much better so I think something has changed.
veeerrrryy dim in this fine dining restaurant. old eyes beware. family and i came here at 5:30 for a reserved table. i ordered their hummus plate with pita. it came out looking rather tasty. pita was thick and warm and the hummus was the smoothest i’ve ever had. i also got their moroccan peppermint tea with dessert. all the other dessert dishes got their before the tea, which seemed odd. the tea, to me at least, was NOT peppermint. it tasted a lot like a cheap packet of green...
As a vegan I was amazed at the dishes that were created to accommodate me during my visit on 12/22/24. Chef Brittni made me a vegan version of the salmon & citrus credo it was amazing & the salt baked yams were also amazing! My husband is not vegan & he loved his schmaltz cornbread & bulgarian lamb & beef kabobs. Our servers Barry & Trevor in the bar area made our night extra special & we we definitely be back when we are in Portland. We came from California...
