Gave this place a second chance but still managed to disappoint us. Very expensive matcha and very low in quality. Tasted plain and very flavorless. Didn’t worth $8.5 at all plus the worker with attitude? No, thank you.

Actually, haven’t been here yet, but the pictures and the write up looking sound very cool. It’s too bad. The reviews are so terrible. I’ve been super passionate about green tea since I went to Japan 20 years ago for a tea ceremony. I was really hyped to come in and buy some of their green tea they were selling from Japan. Hope you’re still selling it and you didn’t let the other business push you around.

Incredible boba tea! Definitely one of my favorite spots in pdx!

It’s just not authentically brewed boba flavored - it all tastes like powder - all the drinks I have tasted. $6.75 is just not worth it.
The layout and the details are super cute, but the music is loud so it can be hard to have a conversation with a friend.

Matcha at Whisk&bloom was good overall but when I paid using Apple pay, the cashier took the tablet and didn't let me tip but instead tipped herself 15-20% without asking me. I didn't realize until I checked my bank account.

I've been to this place many times, as I want to support local businesses and the drinks are fine. I was there and ordered a 4 drinks that totaled to $30.81. I paid with my card and then the order was canceled by the cashier as if there was an error with my card. She told me to tap again, this time not showing me the total. I checked my card later and I was charged $34.80. I've given them so much business and I will never go there again. Who knows how many times they have done this without my knowledge. If you look through google reviews you can see they have done this serval times to other people. Idc how good the drinks are if you're stealing from customers and participating in shady business, no thanks. Please be aware of how much you're being charged and ask for an itemized receipt because the costs are not on the receipts they give you.

I’ve came here a few times and I like their drinks but they are shady about their tipping I bought 4 drinks and total came out to be 30.80 including tip . I tapped my card and for whatever reason it canceled the transaction and she had to redo it. She didn’t show me the screen the second time around and told me to retap. My mistake for not checking while in the store but they ended charging me an extra 4 bucks without my consent. So make sure you check your transactions and make sure the total matches what they say. Also the receipt that they gave me didn’t have the total either and they don’t the prices of the drinks posted so you really don’t know what you’re getting charged . It’s really shady and dishonest I won’t be going there again.

Fine tea but won't take perfectly good cash. I had one $20 for my $15 order. Slightly ripped bill, so they won't take. Wasted my time :)

Business hours on the door was 11am
Got here at 11:05am the place was empty with no workers in sight. Waited til 11:25am since I made the drive from Beaverton. Still no one showed up for work.. Wasted my time!
BAD Business adequacy

I visited Yoonique Tea today and had a good experience with their service overall. However, I was frustrated by what happened with the tipping process. When I paid for my drink, I never saw a tip option before or after the transaction, so I was confused why didn't they do tipping. Later, I received a notification that a bill with an additional $2.50 had been charged to my account, roughly 15% of the total bill ($16.5 + $2.5). It seems a tip was added without my knowledge or consent.
I always tip for my orders, but I believe tipping should be my choice, not an automatic charge. This kind of practice is misleading and left me feeling uneasy. While the service was good, I won’t be returning due to this experience.

Arrived at 11:45am on a Thursday and door was locked and lights were off. No notice on the door or online of changed hours.

I love this place for its boba but not for its customer service. We went in recently and we had to use their restroom but the door was locked. We asked the lady upfront if we could use it and she said no public restrooms. We said nothing more and stood back sipping on our drinks. Not even a minute later a guy walks up and asks for the bathroom and was given a key to the bathroom right infront of us. One of us had to go so I just told him to wait outside the door until he had gotten out because it seemed a little unfair that we were told no and then someone else was allowed. They have let us use it before so I don’t know if they changed their rules. Once the guy came out the bathroom he walked up to the girls and told them someone else had walked in and the girls started starring at us and whispering with each other. I don’t know if they know who the man is but didn’t seem like it when he was talking with them. Even if they did know them I don’t think they should let them use it while other customers are there or they should have given him the key in secret. It puts a bad image for the store and if the wrong person would have seen that they might not have responded in the best way.
