Yuki was a true diamond in the rough. Great food...decent prices...great staff ...and fast service. Sadly, Yuki's is no more...though the replacement, Blue Fin Tuna and Sushi, is pretty damn good too.

I'm normally not one to frequent Japanese style restaurants, but my co-workers dragged me in despite my protests. I ordered the soup with buckwheat noodles and it was extremely delicious. The Yuki Japanese Restaurant doesn't skimp on portion size and I only made it about 1/2 way through before I raised the white flag. Soup base was rich, but not overly so, and the texture of the noodles were firm. Crowd size during lunchtime was fairly low, and we were served within 10 minutes of ordering. Keep it up Yuki, you might make a believer in Japanese cuisine out of me yet.

Great happy hour (good prices and good selection). Friendly staff. The quality is excellent and the flavor is terrific. Try the spicy tuna roll and the cherry bomb.

Low quality fish, I could tell it had been frozen either a long time or thawed and refrozen multiple times. However, the service was amazing. Everyone I encountered was pleasant. Just not impressed by whoever is supplying their fish

Yuki is really good. It's a little bit crusty on the inside (like a molding hanging off the ceiling here and there type thing) but the service is good and the sushi is great. I really enjoyed the Caterpillar roll. The Dallas roll is also really good. I'll be going back here for sure.

This is very very good Japanese food with an extensive menu and all types of sushi. 1 wishes that the place was maintained a little bit better so it didn't look so dark and dingey. One could also hope for a server who might be able to crack a smile.

I've been here twice and I liked it. Friendly customer service and the food was overall pretty good but wouldn't say it is amazing Japanese food. Great place for an simple and easy Japenese meal though!
