My first time visiting, I watched a VERY busy bartender deftly, gently, and easily handle a fussy customer who was making a big stink about the wait on a busy evening. She even offered to comp this nasty person but she was clearly more interested in whining than her actual experience. Can't please everybody.
Anyway I feel confident and safe in the hands of this bartender, who got my drink as soon as she was able and was warm, welcoming, and efficient.
Would revisit. Great dive.

Really nice place, service was very good and we had a great time. Found it to be pretty expensive, the burger was ok, but nothing exceptional, the pasta my son had was bland and that's about all there was to say about that. Overall if the food was tasty this place would be a 5, but it's just not great. With drinks we were over $50 per person before the tip.

I resent the bait & switch. Bean burger and fries are listed as $11, and I was charged $13.26. No itemized receipt was offered, only a copy of the receipt that I sign.

Edit 4/24/25: This joint is my favorite. The new staff is kind and generous, love Jubilee and the security crew. This place is great for chill vibes and a good game of pinball, pool or lotto I come here pretty often,people who work here are great! The security is friendly, and never give me hassle over being trans. The food is good bar food, I recommend the sweet &sour bourbon wings.
