Ordered delivery- never got a confirmation text/email nothing. Called the shop 30 min after order was placed was told deliver man was about to leave - called 45 min after that call ( now an hour and fifteen min later ) no answer, drove down the shop and was told they were closed. Explained I never got my food- offered to refund me or deliver tomorrow.I get it's a busy holiday - but communication and obviously service was entire let down- went and ordered from another local shop and was. not let dotwb
Ordered the same pizza we always get it was supposed to be a Chicago style stuffed pizza not only did it take well over an hour to get our pizza it was also burnt they refused to make things right in any way I have been eating ZAPPOS pizza since the first one opened up on linwood and king road they would have never let that happen the store on McLoughlin blvd need to do right by their costumers
Meh. If you need pizza and it's the only place around it will do if you really really don't want to cook dinner. Bland doughy and utterly unexciting, it will make you not want pizza again for a while.
Prices and daily deals are great! Service is usually quick. Go here after a day of drinking, otherwise…..meh. Last pizza was completely overloaded with cheese (which maybe some people like), poor distribution of toppings, and not much flavor. Initially we were stoked with Zappos (while intoxicated, it’s fantastic), now probably won’t Go back except for maybe the daily deals if we have friends over.
I give it a 3 because....the men working there were very nice. The ingredients they have to work with are not good. The salad was much better than the pizza. The pizza was bland and just pretty tasteless.
I’ve been a long time customer (over 15 years!) since the original owners went around knocking on neighborhood doors to introduce their new family owned business. Great pizza, wonderful employees, clean kitchen/shop kept me coming back year after year. Things stumbled a bit after ownership & website change but things were still good and pizza still tasted great! BUT this is no longer the case…The online ordering system has issues (the tracker doesn’t track anything & the time estimates are way off, usually have to call to make sure order went through & real time for pick-up), the store isn’t kept as clean, awkward customer service, and the dealbreaker with last 2 visits…zero covid compliance with masking requirements and other questionable hygiene practices (lack of hand washing & glove wearing when food handling or switching from answering phones/cashiering). Not a single employee was wearing a mask or wearing it above chin/nose. The older person there who seemed to be a manager (he was the only one that wasn’t a teen & looked to be wearing a uniform) didn’t even try to fake it…not even a mask around the neck. It’s a shame cause I do like the pizza but the place just grosses me out now.
Ordered 2 family size pizzas. Order was wrong on one pizza. Also ordered 8 sides of ranch only got 1.Spoke to manager and he said that there is nothing he could do since he didn't take the order. This is my second time ordering delivery and both times they were late by a long shot. Once it took me 2 hours to get my order delivered. Not the pizza joint that started at the Johnson Creek Market.Side note I told them kindly that I would never order again from them and I was told "that's okay".Customer no service now days. Spend 57.00 and get mediocre pizza... Maybe in 2 hours.I won't support this local business.
I work here in 2016 and it was bad the training was horrible I got made fun of for not knowing their ways of making pizza as the manager made fun of me for not knowing how to use their equipment the first week I was there I ended up getting a 97 dollar pay check after two weeks of working glad I moved on
Really unhappy, ordered delivery on DD and my food showed up raw. I understand it was late at night, but I'd rather my order be denied rather than raw. Probably won't be back.
Best pizza around, plenty of specialty choices and gluten free crust
Restaurantji Recommends
They have AWESOME PIZZA... They have Salads and Chicago style as well... however I've never tried either. Their Pizza can be baked or unbaked and you can use SNAP for unbaked. They do deliver. They are a little more spendy than Papa Murphy's... but the pizza is a little better as well... So, you'll hafta make up you're own mind ?
This place took my order from their website, didn’t make it, said they don’t take online orders but could make it if I’d wait, and I said sure, and then they proceeded to take their masks off before ringing me up, not a Covid safe business and I’ll absolutely never try their pizza, gross establishment…
I order a pizza about an hour and half ago. I haven’t get any thing. Bad service.I call them and they say they only have one driver.
They have the best gluten-free pizza in town I recommend it to anybody that it has celiac disease they also have gluten-free wings and gluten-free and cheesy bread. Awesome place check it out.
