One of the best places in the Village to eat and drink. From Jane the owner, to the amazing staff like Alison and Tom, they're just so good at making you feel welcome and the place has a lovely atmosphere. The cocktails are incredible and the food is amazing.Highly recommend you try this place out.

What a fun new dining experience. The service was great and the food was so yummy—and different enough to make us happy. Warm olives, salmon in a creamy cabbage base, and oooh-the Black Manhattan
Were delicious. Noisy place, but worth it.

Delicious for the most part 😊 The Ceasar salad, oysters and clams w/ fresh baked bread were my favorite, paired with a nice crisp class of wine. Zinc does a great job with their seafood and sauces. That part was fantastic.
I tried the bolognese pasta and found the pasta to be a bit too chewy and the sauce to be on the sweeter side. It was a little strange for me personally and I wouldn’t recommend that particular pasta to anyone.
I will definitely be back and I picked out my top favorite items so I know what to order when I go there from now on. I just moved to the neighborhood I’m happy to find a place that serves things like oysters and shrimp. Cocktails and crème brûlée. By the way, the crème brûlée was average.
The Kahlúa dessert that my daughter got was kind of messy and I only took one bite. I didn’t like it very much.
I spent about $90 easily just on myself even though we went for happy hour lol.

Brought my son in for a special dinner. We both ordered steak au poivre. He ended up not liking the pepper and I ate both steaks practically without breathing. Delicious! 4th time eating there. The hostess is wonderful. Great ambiance

this restaurant is like a neighborhood place but they serve fresh amazing pasta and perfectly cooked steaks and a lot of other things that you may not be able to imagine. I can't wait to get back and try something else on their menu. My steak tonight was absolutely perfect!

First time to try this place and it was really good. I like the atmosphere it’s cozy, it can be a bit loud, but that’s OK! Service was good, chefs prepared excellent tasting food and my favorite was the Bolognese! The chopped Caesar salad was a great take on a classic salad. Perfect balance of dressing. Will be back again soon!

We had the distinct privilege of dining at Zinc last night, and every moment was a true culinary delight. We began with the Beets & Burrata and Chopped Caesar salads. The Beets & Burrata were an exquisite harmony of earthy sweetness, crunchy textures, and creamy richness. The Caesar salad was, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever tasted—its dressing packed a flavorful punch with just a hint of spice.
Next, we shared the Mushroom Tartine, where the crispy bread, sautéed mushrooms, and mascarpone created an unforgettable melt-in-your-mouth experience.
For the main course, we savored the Bolognese and Tomahawk Pork Chop. The Bolognese featured fresh, perfectly cooked pasta and a delicate, flavorful sauce that complemented it beautifully. The pork chop was cooked to absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The accompanying fruit compote and whipped horseradish aioli added layers of flavor that were simply outstanding.
Every dish was a masterpiece, and our experience at Zinc was nothing short of exceptional.

I had some delightful raw oysters here on my lunch break the other day. The woman working the bar, I didn’t get her name but she was wearing thicker black glasses I think — she was wonderful and made sure I got my oysters on time since I only had a bit of time on my lunch break. Will definitely be back for a full meal soon. Their whole menu looks amazing.

Great classic French bistro fare, but your waitstaff need to be able to break down a whole fish if you are going to serve that. My companion had the whole poached trout and he did not know how to remove the meat off of the carcass, so he asked waiter what to do and the waiter just shrugged his shoulders an said he didn’t know either. Not really acceptable.
