Went to Zula for the 1st time a few weeks ago & couldn't wait to go back - delicious!!! Tried a few new things (fried cauliflower) & some favorite dishes from last time (watermelon salad). Our server, Angie was very attentive & sweet!

Was a random pick from Open Table because it was close to the Japanese Garden. But it was fantastic discovery. In a quaint part of town called Nob-hill. We enjoyed everything from the signature cocktails to starters (fried cauliflower), to skewers and a shared main course. You can't go wrong and you won't be disappointed. Will definitely return when back in Portland

We had another fabulous meal this past weekend. Sampled some of the new options on the menu along with some of the standard fare. Vary creative pairings of items and spices in each dish.

All good just seemed a little over priced and the staff claimed that they only had crushed ice so couldn't change the ice in a cocktail order - really?????? We could hear the barman shaking cocktails with ice!

Chef Will is a mad scientist of flavor. This was our first time at Zula, but it will not be our last. Every bite of every dish was loaded with delectable flavors and we left extremely satisfied.

My favorite restaurant in Portland! Anytime someone comes into town for the first time I bring there here. The food is delicious, the drinks are amazing, the service is great... such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful find!! They are on a block of well-known and established restaurants and can definitely hold their own. The food is great, especially the kafta and the spreads. Portions are quite generous, and the quality of all being made on site really shows. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent, fresh ingredients; great menu. The pita and muhamarra (red pepper spread) was terrific. Very nice and succulent kebabs. Best of all was the market salad (fabulous vinaigrette dressing) and the almond cake dessert. Ambience was pleasant, service very good.

Amazing. Delicious food. Everything is made from scratch, I've never tasted such flavors. 10/10 in food and flavor. The food did take awhile, we waited about an hour for our food to come

We have eaten at Zula several times and each time had fantastic food and service. This place offers some of the best Mediterranean food in all of Portland. The owner Sally is a lovely person who makes all her customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Hi Sugarplum

Agree with another review on here: What is “Israeli” food? The menu reads more like Palestinian/authentic Levant cuisine to me.

Awesome Mediterranean spot on NW 23rd with a great vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Get the Muhammara!

We recently hosted our welcome dinner at Zula, and it was absolutely fantastic! The osso buco and salmon, prepared by Chef Will, were a hit with our guests, and the variety of cocktails and beverages really added to the celebration. We've received so many compliments on the delicious food and the wonderful atmosphere.

Sally and her team went above and beyond to make the night special. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made the evening unforgettable. If you're looking for a place with amazing food, great drinks, and a welcoming vibe, I highly recommend Zula. We can't wait to come back!

We attended Zula as part of a wedding that rented out the restaurant for the evening. Everything was great! Drinks, food, service and atmosphere. Wish I lived here to be able to go back again.
