We make it a tradition every year to take a weekend getaway, just my husband and I, and this restaurant has easily become one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special.
The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and thoughtfully presented. You can truly feel the talent and passion behind the menu, so kudos to the chef for creating such an unforgettable dining experience.
What made the evening even more exceptional was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The hostess set the tone right away with her kindness, our servers were knowledgeable and perfectly attentive, and the entire team worked together seamlessly to create an atmosphere that felt both elevated and comfortable.
A very special thank you to our bartender, Derek, who crafted the best drinks I have ever had. Each cocktail was perfectly balanced and clearly made with skill and care. Beyond that, his personality and professionalism made sitting at the bar an experience in itself.
It is rare to find a restaurant where the food, drinks, and service all exceed expectations, but this team has truly mastered it. The people are what make this place so remarkable, and their dedication to hospitality does not go unnoticed.
We are already looking forward to returning next year and reliving such a memorable evening. If you are looking for a restaurant where you feel genuinely taken care of while enjoying incredible food and drinks, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Food and service were of the highest quality, with the choice of menu items just right. Compliments to the Chef and service staff. The ambiance (paneling and ceiling) could be somewhat brighter, but not a big deterrent. Overall a great experience.

Excellent food. My husband had the steak trio and I had the halibut (was a little dry). We also had the squash rings, fries, carpaccio and the brie appetizer. Finished with the peanut butter mouse. Would definitely go back.

This was our second year for NYE dinner (prefix menu). Food and ambience was lovely. The smoked butter was not good (way too strong) but everything else was great. Our server and one gal delivering food were very nice but overall the tone of the service felt lackluster and a bit dismissive. We were seated at the table closest to the door (and it was a cold night) even though there were more desirable tables available. It was fine but a little disappointing - someone has to sit there I guess, why not us? Overall we had a lovely night and would dine here again while staying at Brasada.

We arrived at our Open Table assigned time. At the time of booking 2 options for making a reservation were offered 1) order the New Years Eve prix fix. OR from the main menu. We chose the main menu option. However, upon our arrival we were told “they” were offering only the prix fix menu. We were not interested in that option hence, we DID NOT choose that option when making our reservation. Misleading and we left. Very disappointing!!!!!!l

This place is fantastic!! The food, the drinks, the views, the service....everything from start to finish was spectacular. I had the $50 burger and my husband had the lamb shank- no regrets! It was a perfect birthday dinner.

We thought it was good...not as good as expected though for the price. Our meal for 6 people was over $700. Which would not have been an issue if it was as good as we expected. The steaks were cold, and my husband sent his back to be warmed up. Me and one other person kept ours anyway so they would not be over cooked. Presentation was beautiful, and the service was great. We had a great time, but food should not be served cold.
We came from Bend for my 40th birthday. We got lost in the snow and had my parents lost too. They accommodated us with a change of time for our reservations with no hesitations. The ranch it's on is its own wonder. We had no idea what we were going to but it didn't disappoint. My son and parents both made fast friends and we took pictures in front on the fire. Over all it was a great experience and I can not express how great it made the night when it started off not great. Thank you so much and our waiter Brooke. She was amazing.
