“OMG.... What a find! Crossroads is exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble on when you're passing through a small town. The food was outstanding — you can tell Chef Simmons genuinely cares about what goes out of that kitchen. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared.
Service was phenomenal from start to finish. Christa behind the bar (I believe that was her name!) made us feel right at home. The crowd was mostly locals, and every single one of them was warm and welcoming to a couple of out-of-towners — that says a lot about a place.
Can't recommend this one enough. We'll definitely be back on our next trip through the area.“

“Really good food and a great staff here. It felt great to be in back in Prineville and to eat at Dillan’s with my kids. I have much Love and respect for the local people here and every where I have been in the States. My belly and heart was full and content after dinner was done here. They also had some great gluten free options and the chefs were mindful and knowledgeable about cross contamination.“
