Wow! I was in area on business and was in great need of a coffee, and was looking for a local shop and not chain. This showed up on my maps and I pursued! My only regret is that I did not get one of the iced biscotti. Next time!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Stopped by PCC Coffee and apparently interrupted story time, gossip hour, and whatever reality show the baristas were starring in. If you can even call them baristas… more like distracted commentators on other people’s lives. Listening to them trash talk folks and debate whether someone’s brother was hungover was… a choice. Not a good one.

Service? Half-assed at best. We were treated like an inconvenience from the second we rolled in. Orders taken with zero urgency, zero awareness, and zero professionalism. We literally had to remind them that we hadn’t even paid yet.

Meanwhile, the background music was loud, explicit, and completely inappropriate for a business trying to serve the public. It just added to the overall trashy vibe.

Honestly, save your time and money.
Head to Country Coffee instead—better service, better atmosphere, and people who actually act like they want customers there.

And yes… my husband still tipped. Bless his heart. 🙄

We were in drive thru, we could see 4 ladies working..3 were all focus on the 1 storyteller, we didn't want to hear it, we wanted our coffee. But the hand talker couldn't finish our drinks until her story was done. This was the slowest service we have had here. Both drive thru's were full. They weren't in any hurry. This was before 8am Sunday

Great local spot to have a good drink (my favorite is the chai tea, snickers blended and Pom redbull) all the baristas go above and beyond, always super friendly and kind. Cinnamon rolls are a must!

Orders are often incorrect and the coffee is hit and miss. Sometimes it's amazing and sometimes it tastes burnt.

Today was my first time to check this place out and am not impressed. I got the breakfast burritos and the potatoes were not cooked fully and it was so bland, neither of us wanted them. Maybe the other stuff is good but the burritos are a no go.

I have been a regular at this coffee shop for years!! Best cinnamon rolls in town. The girls at this shop are so friendly and helpful. I feel like half of them are family at this point. Highly recommended this location!

Yesterday I went to Prineville Coffee company for the very first time, and unfortunately my experience was abysmal. From the start they were upset about my large cofee order (four drinks), and complained extremely loudly. As someone who has previously worked in food service, I understand, this wasn't a tipping point for me. The gals were complaining that my order would cause a line and they weren't prepared for this even though there was only one other car, which is understandable, they are a small under-prepared company and can't handle an order of that size. The entire time they were making drinks they were stressed and upset, and very loud about there complaining to eachother and to me. Keep in mind there were six girls working at the time. Feeling bad I just wanted to get my coffee and leave, but when they handed me my drinks the gal dropped them all over me before I got the chance to grab the carrier. Accidents happen all the time, but this girl was extremely upset with me and treated me very poorly, and was extremely upset about making more drinks before I got the chance to say anything. She threw a paper towel at me and began to angrily start another round of drinks. After getting my drinks, unfortunately they tasted horrible, especially for being $40, and I ended up throwing them away and going to a different coffee company that was much much better. Unfortunately this company is young and unprofessional, with workers who are inexperienced and unable to handle interactions with customers.
