I wanted to just say thanks so much for the amazing people who work at the Starbucks in prineville Oregon. I have a new baby and was trying to carry my two coffee’s out and they fell and exploded. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed or bad. Made me new coffees before I could even ask. It was such an awesome experience. Thanks again!🥰😍❤️
We’ve given this Starbucks so many opportunities to make things right. Over 20 minutes for two coffees and a pastry when you go into the lobby while you watch the drive thru patrons breeze through car after car after car. Drinks are either cold when ordered hot, or warm when ordered iced. Pastry is cold by the time your drink order is up. Seems to be the norm for this Starbucks this coming from a local, boy just someone passing through. Dutch Bros anyone??
