Arbys has always my favorite fast food restaurant, and I love their roast beef sandwiches. However the franchise is Redmond, OR is wearing my patience thin. They are always out of something or have broken equipment (shake machine). Today was final straw . Received an ad for a new hamburger so we decided to drive down and try it out.
