Starters
Smothered Fries
Serious yum. Pulled pork, famous BBQ sauce and Cheddar cheese over crispy fries.
Butter Milk Onion Rings
Made using jumbo sweet onions, dipped and breaded and then fried to crisp perfection.
Chicken Wings
Basted with BBQ or buffalo sauce and served with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Rib Tips
Cut from the end of a spare rib. Smoked and grilled to a fantastic, crusty char then slathered in sauce.
Chicken Fingers
All white meat tenders served with honey mustard or ranch dipping sauce.
Smoked Wings
These guys are spice rubbed and served hot out of the smoker then tossed in original, cat's meow or buffalo sauce. Served with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.

Caesar Salad
Chilled, crisp hearts of Romaine lettuce, grated parmesan, and croutons tossed with creamy Caesar.

Full Rack Baby Back Ribs
Fall off the bone baby back pork ribs. Hand rubbed with baldys blend of spices, then slow smoked, and finally slathered in sauce and grilled to perfection.
Make Your Own Mac
Creamy, yummy mac and cheese customized.
The Extravaganza
Full rack baby back ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, and half smoked chicken. Serves three or four.
Pulled Pork Plate
Seasoned, slow smoked, tender, and full of flavor, topped with sauce.
BBQ Sundae
Mashers on the bottom, then some baked beans, next a layer of pulled pork, coleslaw on top, and finally drizzled with Baldy's sauce.
Whole Smoked Chicken
Smoked for hours over seasoned hardwoods until tender.

I'm no expert on barbeque, but I've had my fair share over the years as it's one of my favorite foods. This place is sooo good! We had a little bit of (almost) everything... brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken,and pork ribs.
Plus sides, Mac n cheese, beans, coleslaw, garlic mashed potatoes, and corn bread. ALL delicious 😋 Also, the portions are on the generous side.
The service was also excellent, and the prices very reasonable.

Super Clean the food is top notch and plenty of screens for different nfl games...Leah is the Alpha bartender on Sundays!

Kid-friendliness: Yes during the summer season the kids have room to play outside and play some cornhole!

I always pick Baldy's when asked, "Where should we go for dinner?"

Kid-friendliness: The grassy lawn area makes this an ideal place to take kids for a delicious dinner. They have plenty of room to get the wiggles out as they wait for food or wait for grownups to finish!
