I just had to cancel my entire order because for whatever reason my items couldn't just be cancelled off the order and needed a manager for refund, super unhelpful and i don't know why i keep going back. I was not going to hold up the line and get my mom late for work just because the person at the drive-through does not know how to just press cancel item.
The whole place was icky dirty.
Sticky floors, trash on floors. Dirty counters with soda rings.
When asked, the manager said “We have too much work to do making the food to do any of the rest of the cleaning.”
