It was better then some places. However their breaded items, shrimp, sweet and sour pork and chicken is just so caked with batter you can't taste the actual meat. That was super disappointing.

Typical Chinese food. Some was a hit, others a miss. Overall mid. Good family restaurant, or for a medium sized group. Service was prompt and friendly.

Was looking for something to eat in Redmond and I turned a corner and there was Chans.
We were seated and had our drink orders taken. We were not sure on some of the items on the menu and the waitress very patiently guided us through it.
My wife had the Mothers chicken combo. I had the Pineapple chicken.
It must be said. The value for dollar is VERY high. If you do not eat a lot....Split the meal. Left over are always welcome.
This place rates a 4 thumbs up. (both the wife and I give 2)
Will go here again.

Ordered beef and broccoli, the bottom 2/3 of the container was nothing but broccoli
We live in Bend where there is a Chans. BUT they no longer serve our favorite- lemon chicken! So we drive twice as far to come to Redmond. Delicious and easily served two of us with doggie bag. Melicsa was our server. A very enjoyable dinner at a great price.

I was craving American Chinese food, and Chan's hit the spot. I got the dinner combo #4, which had beef & broccoli, fried shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, and pork fried rice. If you dine in you get a soup included (egg flower or hot and sour). The portion size was great, and the meal was hot and fresh. I want to also praise the waitress employee who was very attentive, friendly, and working hard. Thank you for the food and excellent service!

I've gotten the house lo mein twice now. First time, got plenty of chicken and beef, and got like 2 shrimp. Brushed it off as a fluke, went on with my life. Ordered it again, and like last time, only got two shrimp. Yet they charge extra for the house lo mein. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, I take my business elsewhere. Aiwa, down the street, never skimps you on the shrimp. I still gave them 3 stars though cause their food is decent. It's greasy, but decent. Also, their calamari app was sub par.
