My husband stopped by and grabbed us Red Beard BBQ in Terrebonne tonight for dinner while on the way home from work. This was our first time trying them and we are very pleased. My husband ordered the Carnivore Platter, which came with all their meats, three sides and two dinner rolls. Very hearty portions, sides/sauces were good and the meats were all delicious. I stopped at this food truck after my other lunch plans fell through and was pleasantly surprised! There was just a single worker in the truck but got our food out quickly despite there being a large family ahead of us. I went for the brisket plate. The portion of meat was huge and the bbq was delicious. I really loved the spicy honey sauce and coleslaw as well.
