Their meals are portioned well for the price, the teriyaki chicken bowl is packed full of chicken and rice (good ration of protein to rice for those looking for a good macro dish). The sushi is delicious (it's an abbreviated menu from Oishis, the resturant in town). Service is phenomenal, they're quick and upbeat, highly recommend!!
Was looking for something dinner, and stumbled upon this food truck online. Food trucks are always hit or miss for me but this, OMG! The Udon was amazing, I could literally taste the freshness, it looks like I barely even touched it because the noddles are so filling. Everyone in my household tasted the broth and it was amazing.
