Always a great experience here! Today a man and woman were at the counter at lunchtime. Seemed to be pretty busy but both people were nice and had upbeat personalities. A man behind the counter smiled and said Hi as he was making sandwiches. The food was outstanding and the cookies are crazy good.
Good sandwiches, but it feels like - at least when I do an online order - the options I check are not always taken into account, particularly for extras. On cheese steaks meat portions feel a bit inconsistent.
Also wish their "app" was more than just a browser showing you their normal web page. It sucks.

We love going to this company for our subs. Huge and quite tasty. Very pleasant staff and they make you feel welcome. Always a welcome when you enter and a thank you when you leave. It’s a must!!
