The absolute worst service I have ever received from what is suppose to be a higher end restaurant. My lobster was like warm, my skirt steak was rare instead of medium, my potato was so cold the butter would not melt and my appetizer and meal came at the same time. To spend almost $200 for food and service I could have gotten at a fast food restaurant is more than disgusting. We will never be back!!

Menu is very small. And high priced for what your are getting. Food is . Ok. Nothing special. The server was nice. Definitely wish I would have gone to a local brewery instead. Would not come back.

We ate in the bar area during their happy hour. We were very happy. Great food at a reduced price. Good service. Best fries and hamburgers.
We have enjoyed eating in the bar for years until last night. Food came cold and the bartender was no where to be found by us or others who came in, until she was sought out. The bar and restaurant were not busy. Very disappointed. When the food was reheated the only thing that came back hot was the plate.

Happy Hour all day on Wednesday! Had a delicious burger. The weather was perfect for the patio and a kind couple invited me to join their table. With happy hour prices, the $10 burger was a win-win!!!! And the fries are really good.The service was ok.

I usually have a good time here but today the waitress was unkind. She got our bill wrong, and when we contested the error, she claimed otherwise and basically threatened to bring back a higher bill. When she came back and realized her mistake, she was unapologetic and upcharged us for something else to make the bill higher. Very immature behavior and we will not be back.
Just had a really nice dinner. We ate in the bar and it was a lot of fun. Great servers, Missa and Fue.I had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. So good! My daughter had the prime rib and loved it!Will definitely eat here on our next visit!!

Ordered the most expensive steak, the rib eye, $65.00. Lots of gristle and a little tough. Cooked just fine, medium rare but not a good piece of meat for that price. Got no discount.

Update: unless youre willing to say everything is perfect and nothing needs to change. No one should grow then dont go here. The owners are not ar all open to even the most constructive of criticism. Customer service doesnt live here.Was going to come by as we visit eagle crest every year. But after seeing reviews and the business's nasty, insecure and rude responses, we will be sure to take our money elsewhere.

Understaffed. Some gf choices. Didn't get silverware until after food. Steak was raw but should have been medium. Tiny bit of crab on the pasta. Manager was working very hard to meet expectations.

Absoloutly loved the young girl who greated us when we came to get food they told us they couldnt seat anymore people than not even two minutes later they started seating other people. We ordered to go bc that was the only option and a waiter came later and tried seating us. To say the least it was very busy and the team was bombarded with work.
