Visited the restaurant as a solo woman while staying at the lodge. I sat at the bar and it was a great time. The bartenders amd staff are super friendly and personable. Great conversations and drinks. I guess the joint is newly renovated and the barstools are REALLY nice.
10/10 recommend for their drink selection and conversation.

We’ll be back, and we hope to have Veronica as our server; what a PRO!
The four is due to some dishes -our salmon and brussle sprouts were over cooked and the veggie burger needed more flavor. Highly recommend the onion rings and doughnut holes-amazingly crispy and HOT! The BBQ baby back ribs and house specialty Mud Pie (big enough for four people) were some of the best we’ve had the cocktails were perfect!
Thank you, Veronica and team, for a great evening!

Didn't get any food (they were out of almost everything) Currently doing some renovations, so was a little cramped. Server was extremely friendly, and apologetic. Would give them another chance.

Niblick's is a popular restaurant known for its good food and friendly service. Many guests have enjoyed meals like the Salmon Salad, Salmon Entree, Ribs, and the Pastrami Sandwich, all of which have been well-prepared and tasty. The cheesecake is also a standout dessert. The atmosphere has changed with darker decor, but many appreciate the inviting vibe, especially on the back patio near the fountain during summer. While some have found prices a bit high, others noted that the drinks are generous. Overall, Niblick's offers a clean environment and attentive service, making it a top choice for visitors at Eagle Crest.
