“It's a Starbucks. If they ever mess up your order, politely let them know, and they take of it. If they don't, get the person's name and contact the manager or the regional manager and politely inform them of the problem. If you’re polite, you will consistently get good results.“
“Employees always seem to be nice coffee is never quite strong enough and I thought they had clothes for sale according to the pictures but I guess not I don't know what's going on I would recommend but don't go if you want to buy clothes.“
“On May 8th, I stopped by Starbucks on Rimrock and Hwy 26 (by McDonald's) in Redmond, OR to order some drinks. It was around 10:15 am, and I decided to take advantage of the convenient drive-through since I was ordering for 4 people. I was surprised that there were no cars in-front of me and I was able to order right away. They were friendly, polite and delivered the drinks quickly. When I returned to the office and handed out the individual orders, I realized that one of the orders was incorrect. I called the store to report the mistake and to my surprise, Dustin, the store Manager, offered to walk it over to our office (across the street). He was thankful for getting some fresh air and I was thankful for not having to make a 2nd trip...talk about 1st class service (and with a smile)! Thank you, Starbucks!!“
“I drive by everyday on my way to work and will frequently use the app to place and order to be picked up inside. By the time I arrive, my order is waiting for me on the counter, very convenient. A couple of times my drink has not been made correctly (I drink tea with a splash of milk and sometimes they steam the milk instead), but I'll check before I leave and they will quickly make me a new drink. I've ordered "Royal English Breakfast with 2 packets sugar and a splash of whole milk" enough now that they don't steam the milk anymore. When I want a real treat, I'll order the Chai Tea Latte or the Honey Citrus Mint Tea, both are so delicious.“
“The thing about Starbucks is you can always count on getting a consistent drink. They have pretty fast wifi too... some coffee shops have free wifi that is really slow or drops connections a lot... not Starbucks.Kid-friendliness: Sometimes I hang out with my kids here and they like going here. They can do kids temperature hot cocoa and vanilla bean frappuccino (no caffeine).“
