“Their extensive beer choices are visible on the DigitalPour app. Free peanuts, sports screens, and familiar customers to chat with keep people engaged when visiting. They serve the best Reuben sandwiches, French dip, quesadillas, and turkey wraps in Central Oregon. Owners Mark and Laura learn most guests' names and visit among their tables. Dogs are welcome on the covered, heated patio. Brewery takeovers are great fun! Give this great place a visit.“

“My wife and I planned a private event here and everything was PERFECT. The owners are a pleasure to work with, extremely accommodating, and it's already setup for a perfect 20's themed prohibition party. I recommend visiting or hosting a party there. “Went to the Scotty McCreery concert. Drove from Idaho. He was great. Would have liked to see his part a little longer. Wasn’t real happy about fact that we and many others paid extra for v. I. P. Seating and during the concert people were allowed to crowd in front of the seating arrangement we were given. Standing in our view. Why did they sell us more expensive seats and then allow others to block our view?“

“Good views and wonderful servers. Limited menu but pretty good. Disappointed on prices going up on the salads and portions have gone to smaller portions. Used to always order, but no more as not worth the price now. Watch portions on the flatbreads too. Last visit saw a LOT of bare dough instead of toppings . Love the servers and views!“

“The place feels a bit outdated, with an old-style Chinese interior. The waiter was very polite, and I give the service a solid 5.
However, the menu and the quality of the dishes could definitely be better.
I was served miso soup that was basically just very salty water. There were almost no leaves or other ingredients, so it felt like I was just drinking broth.
I ordered three sushi sets, but they felt incomplete as well. The taste was average, and I expected better quality.
My ratings:

Overall, I did like the place. There is room for improvement.

“Was looking for something to eat in Redmond and I turned a corner and there was Chans.
We were seated and had our drink orders taken. We were not sure on some of the items on the menu and the waitress very patiently guided us through it.
My wife had the Mothers chicken combo. I had the Pineapple chicken.
It must be said. The value for dollar is VERY high. If you do not eat a lot....Split the meal. Left over are always welcome.
This place rates a 4 thumbs up. (both the wife and I give 2)

“Came for some coffee and breakfast ítems with the family and upon walking in were hit with a welcoming atmosphere. The barista was beyond helpful and friendly, so grateful for her service! Tried a butterscotch gingerbread large latte which had a big impression with our large group. Can't wait to come back again!“

“The food here is delicious, the teriyaki chicken is cooked perfectly and the sauce is great. The calamari rings are also very good. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the service. I've been here a few times now and am not usually welcomed in. It has taken a while for me to be seated even when it's not busy. There were times the server showed a bit of annoyance for me asking questions about the menu. Besides that, the restaurant is very calm and quiet with soothing music playing in the background, which is nice.“

“I absolutely love the Brassie Burger at Niblick & Greene's in Redmond, Oregon! The outdoor dining is perfect, especially with the live music setting the mood. The bar staff is top-notch, and the craft cocktails are always on point. Located near Eagle Crest, it’s a must-visit spot for great food, drinks, and atmosphere!“

“Ok, not at all what I expected when we walked in the door. Set up more like a diner which honestly kind of set me back a little. I'm a senior and used to certain things, but Sarah our server was great and even wished us happy anniversary! I was a little hesitant ordering but when that food came out.... Oh my!! Presentation was excellent and my dish was created to perfection! My husband was incredibly surprised and we both were extremely satisfied. Flavors were phenomenal!!
Kudos to the chef and all the staff. We definitely recommend this as an A+ spot!!“
