Pulled up. Took gal a bit to come to window. Took our order then another car pulled up to the other window. And she took that order then did their order first. Acted snooty. And didn’t have any customer service. Coffee was lava hot. So had to let cool a bit. Yes there is a thing as too hot of coffee.

The 20 oz Americano you guys made for me this morning in a travel mug lasted until just past Medford. Every drop was perfect. Loved the sunny attitude and great service.

I had the pleasure of being served by girl with dyed red hair today and the experience was amazing. She was incredibly efficient, making my drink quickly without any mistakes. She was polite and friendly which is quite different than some other coffee shops I have been to. And the best part? The drink tasted amazing! I highly recommend her service for anyone looking for a top-notch experience

They need to up their bean quality and practice the basic espresso drinks.
