I’ve been drinking iced white chocolate flavored espresso Americano style since 2008. We get coffee EVERY morning and sometimes at night. My husband and I just moved here. We’ve been going to Bestie Brew for my Americano and my husband’s Peach energy drinks. Today, I ordered hazelnut at Bestie Brew in Reedsport. It tasted like lukewarm water. This drink was absolutely unacceptable. We had to take it back. The service was no bestie service today either :-(It was so so bad…As a consumer it’s not unreasonable to expect for your service to come as ordered and preferably with a smile. This is double true if you tip and we always do.They lost a daily customer today.As an avid consumer of espresso and espresso service we recommend to save your money and go to Reedsport coffee. The side window is a drive up and she was super friendly :-) the coffee from Reedsport Coffee was just shy of perfect. Bestie Brew ($) ended up on the side of the road.3 star review: Bestie Brew has 2 great baristas that provided great coffee and exceptional service! However, this 1 exceptionally poor performance barista is too much negativity to have to deal with for a coffee.

Got essentially an oat cortado: the milk was burnt and foam was dry, but the espresso used a decent dark roast bean and was well brewed. Staff was friendly and the shop had a pleasant vibe.

I was standing there at the window to order. The young woman had to play with her belly button piercing before she took my order. I hope she washed her hands before she made my order...then she had all the enthusiasm of a wet mop.Next time I would go to the Recreation Station gas station a couple blocks west. That looked much better.

Wow! Today, July 11th at 4:40 the young lady working literally rolled her eyes at us when we said we were going to order multiple drinks. This is the worst service we've had in a long time. Won't be back, even if the coffee does end up being good.She never once smiled and was put out by having to take our orders. Painfully awkward and definitely not a bestie I'd like to have.

I got a Mexican mocha after a brief walk through town. It was wonderful. I also got a chance to talk with Amber and Brooklyn. Only staying briefly in town, I made an additional stop to grab an everything bagel after checking out and getting on the road.

Walked up because we had a trailer. Only one car ahead of us. We ordered two drinks (needed to order more) and she didn’t ask us if that was all and shut the window. She came back with our drinks. I went to order the other drinks and she said I couldn’t order more because now there were three cars behind me. Are you kidding me. I did not order every drink I wanted. She refused to continue to serve me. Very poor customer service. Don’t support this small business!

I am a longtime supporter of Bestie brew. It has great coffee in my opinion, some of the best in town. And great customer service every time the drinks are always consistent. If you want coffee this is the place to go.
I would give negative stats if i could.The service was slow and the drinks were expensive. I might have been ok with those things but then my quad shot American with caramel and cream packed with ice tasted like slightly coffee flavored milk.My husband's caramel mocha had so much nasty chocolate in it he took one sip and tossed it.Save yourself some money and disgust and go to ANYWHERE else! This place is TERRIBLE!!!
