We had high hopes for this bakery, as you walk in everything looks delicious. We got a small assortment, cookies, donuts, little piggy cakes. The cream filled donut was delicious, we also had an old-fashioned chocolate that was excellent as well. But unfortunately, we did not think the piggies were good at all, they were dry and tasteless The cream in the middle didn’t even help the dryness of this cake. A waste of money, because after a couple bites, we threw them away. Don’t know if they were stale or if that’s the normal, taste and consistency. Also, the sugar cookie with the sprinkles was awful. There was a very odd taste that no one could place, and unfortunately they went in the garbage as well.

I love stopping at Sugar Shack whenever I can. I could be wrong, but I feel like the old-fashioned blueberry donuts have changed in taste and texture. They used to be my favorite ? but now go for the old-fashioned chocolate.
The man who waited on me was not pleasant. No one said hello or thanks for coming in and thought it was overpriced for the bag of rolls and 3 donuts I received. ($18.00). Good but not over the top.

If you come to reeds port you need to stop by here. You can thank me later.Parking: You can park on the street not a lot of parking. Very old building may have difficulty with a wheelchair. But worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair friendly but well worth the struggle.

UPDATE: I Love going to Sugar Shack. I have a son who lives in Reedsport, and I go to Sugar Shack when I visit him. I can be dangerous to live close to this place! I get the Chocolate Big Foot. It's like a Party in your mouth. You have at least 4 flavors hit your tongue when you bite into one! You absolutely have to stop there when you visit Reedsport Oregon! It won't disappoint! Always awesome!:
