Always a fabulous experience
We came for the whites and Johan delivered. We moved off the standard flight to a whites-only tasting and found several bottles we loved enough to take home. Our host was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable, happy to answer questions and let us take our time, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and unhurried. Beautiful, low-key setting. We'd absolutely come back for an event or when they're showcasing different wines.
Our visit to Johan Vineyards was amazing! Beautiful vineyards, fantastic biodynamic wine, and very friendly and knowledgeable tasting room staff! We really enjoyed the Kerner and their unique Chardonnay. If you're visiting the Van Duzer Corridor AVA, Johan is a must-stop!
