Food was decent. My NY steak was really well priced @ $18.75 for an 8oz, but I asked for med and got well done. Baked Potato was huge and well dressed with sour cream, butter, and green onions. Hot veg was done well, salad was half iceberg lettuce which I don't eat anymore but it was fresh and presented well. The Potato soup was ordered by my friends and they said it was true to tradition, tasty. Shakes ordered by the kids were delicious and really big for kids size, corn dogs were all eaten up by kids. Hashbrowns needed some work.So the thing is that service was kinda rough. Server admitted that she was new, but she was pleasant. They obviously were short-handed. New server inexperience was plain to see: no utensils when food arrived, asked for more water even after having carafe on table,, shakes ordered at beginning of service didn't come until half way through meal (after I checked again). Would I eat here again? Maybe. The food was pretty good...

Absolutely the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been at! Too many health violations to list. The waitress had long blond hair that she kept touching and would handle bread with bare hands to make toast. She also was messing with her shoe and then handling food. She would touch her face, itch herself and handle cash but not one time did she ever wash her hands. Not one employee was wearing gloves, hair masks, or face masks. Tables were not wiped down between customers. The waitress took menus from customers and sat them on the cutting board where she was making toast and sat butter knife on top of dirty menus. There is too much to list. After waiting an hour and never received our order we left.

Excellent hot food! Ridiculously poor waitress. This server was there to flirt with the single guys. She never brought us the water we requested. She never refilled our coffee. It was another young girl that brought us our food. At least it was hot. The portions were very generous. It was delicious. But if we go back and got the same server, we would request another. We left no tip. She was not worthy of a dime.

WAY OVER PRICED...$10 for a very small portion of biscuits and gravy that was flavorless,AND$15 for A VERY SMALL CHICKEN FRIED STEAK with over cooked fried eggs(ordered medium)hashbrowns were ok..Ok service..DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND..

Food was great. But service was a bit awkward and disappointing. But we figure maybe she's new. But couldn't answer questions and had to point to menu when she said something couldn't be that way. Anyway. It was overall. Pretty good lots of people arrived at the same time so I am sure it was slammed with orders so we had a wait but again over all it was great

We have eaten here several times, and for one reason or another we come back. This time made it final that we will never go back. Had to ask 4 times for water, had coffee filled once and she never came back. The best (worst) part was the cook in the kitchen speaking so loud we had to hear how broke he was and that he hated avocado as he's adding it to the top of our omelet. The omelet was actually decent but the hashbrowns were so overcooked and greasy we couldn't eat them. I think this place has potential but they need a serious cleaning and management who knows customer service

The worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had! Terrible service, waitress was rude and food was almost inedible. Two of my kids got "1/4 lb" burgers, but they weren't even the size of a half dollar. Another kid got corndogs and every one of them was burnt. At one point the cook said I have food ready and the waitress said, "I don't care". We will never go back to this place.

I have always wanted to try eating there but it wasn't a great experience. When we got our food no one ever came and checked on everything or asked if we needed anything. My girlfriend had to get our to go containers because we couldn't get any service from the staff. We went to the counter to pay and was ignored again in fact our waitress saw us standing there and continued to carry on a conversation with a coworker instead of helping us. The cashier was rude and didn't even talk to us other than to give me my total. After paying the bill I have decided to never return to this restaurant because of there poor customer service.

Great food and the people that work there are absolutely awesome I would go there every day of the week if I live closer. Give them a try you'll never go anywhere else for a burger

Food tasty,very very very slow,not sure why. You may have to get up to get someone to bring silverware, they look busy but not too many people there,I would go back but only if I need to kill about 3 hours time..I liked hamburger and frys..little cool but very tasty..just not sure why took 1 hour to order and eat

Just passing by on our way from the coast. Pulled off byway at Rickreall. We saw the sign and decided to take a chance. So glad we did. We had steak and eggs. The steak was very tender and cooked to perfection Med rare. Everything was great .Server was excellent. Will remember this place for future travels

We’re new to the area and tried to try a new restaurant. So many issues with this place. We went in to be the only people on the restaurant side. One dirty table that stayed dirty the entire over an hour we were there and still sat there when we left. We were given four adult menus and had to ask for the obvious young children kid menus. Waited awhile for water, waited over 20 mins just to take our order. Had to ask for a 4th silverware, had to ask for ketchup separately. The French toast has no flavor at all and was beyond over cooked. The table was super sticky.Plus side is the staff was nice- just not very on top of it and not very good food. Hoping it was new staff and that’s why it was so slow- but I guess even that doesn’t make up for everything else.

So improved over our last visit a year or so ago. Good food, friendly wait staff and decent prices.

Friendly Staff and excellent food, good selection, highly recommended you get there and support a good and tasty local business. These guys are great!
