Food was very over priced, not worth the money. I don't recommend this restaurant. Food was bland, servers didn't smile. It shouldn't cost 100.00 for 2 burgers meals, a salad and a slice of pie. Don't waste your money.

We had the catch of the day, which was pan seared halibut with roasted vegetables and chantarelle mushrooms in a creamy Sherry sauce. It was delicious. The service was great also. Very pleased we ate here.

Our meal was delicious! Compliments to the cook! We had their catch of the day, which was pan seared halibut with roasted vegetables and chantarelle mushrooms in a creamy Sherry sauce. So good! The service was great also. We liked the ocean view from the patio. Very pleased we chose to eat here!

I went here recently for my mom’s wedding we were very excited to go here and got easily disappointed as someone who works in customer service and with food!! I was shocked with how disrespectful the owner is I had treated her with nothing but respect and told her thank you multiple times even though she had been making the day so stressful on my mom. She would Give me dirty looks and give me an attitude with a really mean tone. We were charged a extra $600 dollars due to some reservations not showing up which we were all very kinda and understanding about yet she still made us out to be a inconvenience because we had to scrap together a few more dollars she was arguing with my family on what they ordered, dropping plates on the tables all hard, the food was cold she did not give us any silverware or come ask how we were doing or if we needed anything I understand it was a busy night but my mom wanted to enjoy her wedding day without being disrespected by something she couldn’t control they were crazy overpriced for what you’re getting the rest of the employees were very kind to me and had apologized which was so much more hospitality than I got from the OWNER don’t open a business if you obviously hate running it *we paid the bill in full with no complaints we were just confused because we were told a certain price and were told that it wouldn’t change but the price did by a lot* please don’t disrespect your customers we were stressed to and trying our best to fix it for the owner I wouldn’t come here unless you want overpriced food, watered down cocktails, cold food, no silverware and horrible service thank you ****to the employees who were kind to me and my mother that day we appreciate you and this message is not towards you!!***

We booked the Sand Dollar Restaurant & Lounge for our wedding reception with a party of about 50 people. The owner asked me to submit everyone’s orders ahead of time so she could plan, which I understood. However, when we arrived, the meals had already been prepared and no one came to the tables to confirm what each guest had ordered. Instead, staff walked around with plates calling out dishes, trying to match food to guests, which was chaotic and stressful for such an important occasion.

What really disappointed us was that when a few guests canceled last minute, the owner refused to adjust the order and insisted we pay for those meals anyway — an extra $600 for food that was never eaten. For something as meaningful as a wedding reception, I expected more professionalism, organization, and flexibility. The location is beautiful, but the way this was handled left us deeply disappointed on what should have been a joyful day.

High priced for fish and chips. KiFood was good. I guess that's why you pay for atmosphere.

Was over priced for subpar food. Got slice of cheese cake, fish and chips, elk burger and cheese burger no drinks and the total was $100 we weren't given a receipt at all eather and put in the back corner where the wall blocks the view wall everyone else in the restaurant gets a view. It was also by the kitchen and we could hear the cooks talking back and forth with loud music that didn't really fit the stores vibe

We had a large party and they sat us outside on picnic benches. We had a spectacular view of the ocean. Our server couldn't have been better. The food was very good as well albeit a little spendy ; however, it is typical around the area if you want seafood. The restaurant itself is very basic and casual dress is appropriate. I highly recommend.

Best steamer claims I've had in years! Such a delicious broth of butter, garlic & white wine with perfectly toasted buttery bread. Only suggestion would be to order an extra side of bread so you can soak up all the broth. I'll be back every time I'm in town.

The most ridiculous and lazy payment policy for large groups I have ever seen. An itemized list of everyones dinner on 1 ticket. Then only 2 forms of payments for the entire bill. CC or cash. Then everyone in the group had to determine their portion of the bill. Especially when they charged 20% gratuity.

Cute spot right on the water - sat on the patio which is being upgraded - (didn’t get in the way of eating or the view) looks like it will have more seating or food trucks - Good drinks , dishes plentiful and tasty -
Will come back - service not bad - I think our waitress was just extra busy with a shift change and not chatty and was totally using her Brain for everything; not writing anything down - impressed but seemed like a lot !

High quality cooking and the best restaurant view on the Oregon coast! Very fresh and well prepared meals. Our waitress from Russia was charming and funny. The sunset was spectacular!

The food was mediocre. The service was less than poor. The wait time for our food was extremely long.
In my opinion take your money somewhere decent and deserving of your business. This place isn't it.
