Schwietert's Cones & Candy

My husband and I are visiting from out of town we got dinner and walked down to this shop today around 5:40 yes it was close to closing time but there door and website says 6pm closing time and the young gal that was working said that they were closing up and we couldn’t get a scoop of ice cream and we waited almost 10 min to be noticed that we were even in the shop! Definitely was not a great experience for our first time in this town and will not be coming back!

Stopped in for ice cream after relaxing on the beach. Their waffle cone with coffee almond fudge was amazing. Their waffle cones are made here and just about melt in your mouth. Its definitely delicious!

Great Sea foam candy

They have everything sweet thing you could ever want. Their chocolate covered seafoam is the best

Generic, hard taffy. I didn't end up buying anything here, but it sure smelled delicious!

We bought the taffy, and it was excellent, but after our purchase we realized the taffy at the store next door was 30% cheaper than here. ?

Ok, we walked in and there was a line of 20 people and one lady working behind the counter. She was absolutely slaying it! The line dwindled in about 10 minutes and she greeted us with a smile and some light hearted conversation as she stacked our ice cream cones with massive scoops of the good stuff! I got a hot fudge sundae and it was absolutely delicious. And for only $8!!

Prices are okay but the service is absolutely terrible and the servings are not consistent. Would not recommend unless you like being served by cranky, antisocial teenagers.

Delicious candy & ice cream

This candy and cone shop is the real deal.Try any of the fresh salt water taffy. They had so many flavors to choose from.They had at least 16 flavors of ice cream too.They had lots of different kinds of candies, fudge and choclates in general.Expect a long wait on weekend and when the weather is nice.

Kid-friendliness: This is every child's dream store full of every goodie imaginable.
