If you're visiting Rockaway Beach or just driving through, leave some time to drop by Sea Breeze Ice Cream for a vegan oat based chocolate soft serve in either a cone or cup, maybe add some "chocolate hard shell" for good measure! The cone was a really generous amount and, coupled with the hard shell, made for a perfect midday treat!
