So I can’t lie I have a mean face and that dose affect the way you are treated obviously they are people if you don’t smile why would they it’s not there job to make you feel good it’s there job to serve you food and such and that’s it (the teriyaki is amazing I always get the same drink and I kinda agree that the tapioca is different from others but I personally prefer it) and if people asked me dumb questions and racially profiled me I’d get annoyed too I think it’s ridiculous how they are treated I’ve seen it with my own eyes yeah I think it’s a little over priced but if you can’t afford it you’re in the wrong place I’ve seen people yell when kids are in the store yall are acting like the real animals let’s normalize treating people that make your food nicely cuz I can guarantee that not this store but some restaurant will there are so many people that don’t care about there jobs that much and yall underestimate that. Please treat these employees with kindness they not deserve anything but respect for everything they’ve delt with I get sick reading some of these reviews I can only imagine how disgusting the customers acted to the employees

Teriyaki Chicken is not great. It has a lot of fat that could totally be trimmed off before serving to customers. The veggies are good, But when you’re paying a pretty penny I would prefer the chicken to be AT LEAST 75% meat. Here, on the other hand, that tends to be 50% meat 50% fat which is just not my preference. Never had an issue with the customer service tho!<3

Done ever go here the worker was very rude horrible customer service we asked if we could mix flavors and he immediately laughed and started criticizing say that no one should be able to mix flavors and then disrespectfully said go somewhere else would not recommend 0/10 worst experience I’ve ever had !

Teriyaki chicken was good. Large portions. Matcha was really bitter. When I asked for extra sweetener so I could put it in there, the lady became a bit combative. She said something to the effect of didn’t you ask for it less sweeter when ordering? I had asked if they had a sweetness scale. She then scoffed at me and went to grab it. Matcha ended up in the trash down the road. I didn’t think I was going to get interrogated for asking for such lol. I didn’t ask them to remake it. Normally I wouldn’t even post a review when I dislike something. But that whole interaction was really off putting. Awkward and uncomfortable lol. 😂

Great teriyaki chicken. I got some for the whole office last Friday. I am a huge fan of the rose bud jasmine tea with real rose petals when brewed. Lots of tasty drink options.

The food and drinks are amazing. No issues with my service animals which has been rare. Small parking out front but seems to work fine with the row behind the shop. I love stopping in to my favorite boba shop in Roseburg. (1 of 3 favorites in Oregon)
