Fries were covered in black spots from burnt food in fryer oil that is never changed. Ordered cheese on 2 burgers only had cheese on one. Manager said because they don't change oil everyday you will get the nasty stuff on fries. First time I've ever had a problem. But will be the last. Will never be back. Will call corporate and send a picture of food.
I try every 6 months or so to give the roseburg location another chance. Everytime I do I get reminded why I hate this location. Rude, angry employees. They won't accept a $50 bill but they don't tell you that until you get to the drive thru window. And if you try to give them one they scold you.
