I got done drinking my drink and I noticed it tasted a little off but when I opened the lid there was a few ants on the inside of the cup. There was no way possible that the ant could’ve crawled inside of it from where I work.

Woman in the drive thru wasn’t polite at all sounded like she hated her life, and when we got to the window she continued to be rude. Asked for a large drink got a medium and her excuse was it comes like that which made no sense. Then she stopped serving us and the other employee Nathan was nice but they also forgot a side of mozzarella fries. I wish I got the lady’s name she had glasses and almost red hair with a cross behind her ear. She needs a new job because customer service is not it. Honestly rather go somewhere else then here.

I’m just now recovering for having food poisoning at this Burger King..
The manager was very rude and she got my order wrong I whant to use the bathroom and she said paid customers only and I told her I was going to order and she refused me service

I ended up getting a refund because the manager came back from the bathroom and didn't wash her hands after I already asked the other person to put on gloves. Then she yelled at me when I wanted a refund and yelled at me on my way out the door. Her name was Shannon.
