We are always treated beyond kindly with cheerful workers, who always say kind words to us. The world can be harsh to disabled people, but we are always treated above and beyond nicely here even if it’s just going threw the drive up. “Whomever is assembling burgers tonight at 6ish pm is killing it! Best looking burger I've had from Five Guys Roseburg. Fries were cooked well tonight (usually soggy), a tad over salted but well 👏 done. I've eaten at a lots of Five Guys in various states & have been waiting (and hoping) this one would rise to the occasion. Keep it up!“

“Today I went in for a late lunch and there was a very friendly and very sweet lady that rang us up. she was so nice and sweet and had very very wonderful customer service!! we haven't been there in years but decided today we would try it again. we were instantly greeted by the staff. The young lady ( I didn't get her name) that rang us up made sure we had everything we needed, talked to us with the most respectful, was super sweet, had a little conversation with us. I love seeing such great customer service!! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was there today (11/24/23 around 3 or 4 pm) wearing a blue shirt and a hat with tattoos on her right arm and had a lip ring. she was such a super sweet lady and such great customer service!!!“

“Our order was missing the fries, so I went inside to let them know. The poor manager (who seems to be working with a bunch of lazy youths) acknowledged this and told the kitchen to make an order of fries. I'm not quite sure of the dialog that happened (as I couldn't hear the cook in the back of the kitchen), but she had to reiterate 3 times that she needed fries that were missing from a mobile order. Once he gave her the ETA, she told me it would be a 2 minute wait and apologized for the inconvenience. As soon as the fries were ready, she brought them right out to me. Seeing the young kids she has to supervise (and hearing them complain how they're tired as they lethargically type in orders) makes me feel bad that this young lady is fighting an uphill battle every single day. Because of her professionalism, we will continue to be patrons at this location.“
