The running joke in Douglas County is how many Mexican restaurants we supposedly have. Truth is, we really only have one—and it’s Eldorado. This place is the real deal when it comes to authentic Mexican cuisine. The tortillas are made fresh, the grilled onion and jalapeño are spot on, and the carne asada has the best flavor and texture I’ve had anywhere in Oregon. My wife swears by the Camarones a la Crema, and I can’t blame her—it’s outstanding. Eldorado is hands-down...

Pleasantly surprised with the good food and service! We will be back. We have lived in Roseburg for two years and finding good Mexican food has been difficult. This is the best we have found!
