Just moved to Glide, came from a city that had a lot Mexican restaurants. We've tried a few in Roseburg, but this one is by far the best. The place is very clean, the staff it attentive,and the food was very good. I love spicy, and had the pollo diablo. Just the right amount of heat so you could really taste the other flavors. The running joke in Douglas County is how many Mexican restaurants we supposedly have. Truth is, we really only have one—and it’s Eldorado. This place is the real deal when it comes to authentic Mexican cuisine. The tortillas are made fresh, the grilled onion and jalapeño are spot on, and the carne asada has the best flavor and texture I’ve had anywhere in Oregon. My wife swears by the Camarones a la Crema, and I can’t blame her—it’s outstanding. Eldorado is hands-down...

I'm so happy I finally took the time to eat at El Dorado.
The staff was wonderful and friendly, the food was amazing, full of flavor, good proportions, cooked as it should be.
I have finally found my go-to spot in Roseburg for flavorful authentic Mexican food.
