The Human Bean in Roseburg is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops.
The cold brews are incredible, and the specialty cold foam is honestly amazing. You can get it in pretty much any flavor, and it always tastes perfect.
I’ve never been to a place with friendlier service or a better team. Everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming. The owner happened to be there when I stopped by, and he was so friendly and caring. It was really cool to meet the owner of such a great small business.

I went and there was a very rude manager yelling at staff members and being condescending threatening them. Lady at the window said she felt uncomfortable by manager. Lady name start with c who was manager. I’ll be telling my church to avoid here. Drink was also made wrong get it together me won’t return

My wife and I and our son frequent the Roseburg Human Bean on Harvard. We drive through this location nearly every single day. We love the service and the drinks here over the other location, they just seem to always get it right and the drinks are AMAZING!
We drove through Monday May 26th for our memorial Day weekend fun day and the girl at the window was new. We order a very standard coffee, and when we ordered, she asked us what is in that coffee. When she rang us up, she told us the total was $15 for one blended 32 oz and one blended 12 oz drink. It seemed like a couple dollars more than usual so we asked her how much they were and she said she didn't know and then looked to find the prices. Once we left, we drove away and tried our drinks, they were very strong tasting and not very good. The woman appeared to scan our app but even after 24 hours, no points.
We drove through this morning and saw the usual girls working who made an amazing drink as always and provided us with a free drink as resolution for how unhappy we were. To the girl who helped us on Monday May 26th, perhaps she needs a little more training if she is new. We greatly appreciate every single one of you. Thank you!!!
