I get a very special drink. I am here everyday ,sometimes twice a day. new manager screwed up my drink at least half a dozen times in the last couple weeks ,when I returned with my cup to have her remake it she argued with me that I was wrong after remaking my drink she slammed the window in my face hard enough that it bounced back open halfway been going there for 12 years loved most of the people that work there. this new manager is trash.

Latte $4:50 flavorless frothy milk! Definitely won’t waste money there again.Don’t usually spend on coffees, but had a great latte in Portland for same price yesterday at sit-down coffee shop and enjoyed it so much… so HB is either using cheap stale coffee or not using enough, to save $$.Staff was great and added an extra shot when i went back. That gave it a coffee color… But it was still v thin on flavor. None of that nice coffee “mmm”.Do people load in so much sugar that they don’t notice??

This Human Bean is always super busy. The worker must’ve been new cuz she had no idea what I was saying about anything. I usually go to a different coffee shop but the Bean does really good smoothies that my kids love for a treat. I think they need a bigger parking lot tho.
