As a general rule, I ADORE Mod Pizza. This was the worst Mod Pizza I've ever had. Unfortunately, you can have all the right ingredients, and if the wrong person is making it, all you get is YUCK.
Either this kid was not well trained, or it's simply weaponized incompetence. Probably both.

The past 2 times we have ordered the pizza has not been good & actually kind of spendy for what you get. We order on line & they didn't put things we ordered or put things on we didn't order. Pay attention to details. Disappointing expecting something delicious & get cold expensive subpar pizza

100% the best pizza I have ever had very affordable, and accommodating prices. This location is very clean and the staff are really stupendous, and helpful
After an appalling service at another locally owned business, we ended up going to MOD pizza. I did not get the names of the two ladies that were working today around 12:10 PM, but they were fantastic. They were able to take our order, make the pizzas, and get us out the door in about 15 minutes. I have never actually been inside the MOD pizza here in town, but I was very pleased. It was clean, everything was fresh, great customer service, definitely all fives from me.

I was craving some MOD and I’ve been to this location multiple times. I went in today and there was a guy in the parking lot smoking his vape. We went and waited in line and watched the lady prepping someone’s pizza finish, ring him up, take his cash and change, then put new gloves on without washing her hands then came to help us. Meanwhile, we were watching this occur the guy smoking his vape when we pulled in came straight through the doors, straight to the line, and began prepping to close and pulling all the toppings with NO GLOVES. That was the straw. We walked out.

The Roseburg location has an owner that does not follow the franchise rules. She is rude and their employees argue with you about toppings which by policy are unlimited. We don't even get that many topping just extra cheese and honestly we its not extra. they barely put any own so we ask for more which would be considered normal at any other pizza place and they say the owner won't allow it. that is not the mod way. you have ruined MOD in Roseburg. Go to any other mod and they have music playing, they're upbeat, they smile, they joke around and they most assuredly do not treat the customers poorly. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Medford, and Eugene are worth the drive not to deal with this place.
