My wife and I had eating Thanksgiving dinner at The Sizzler in Newport Oregon before it closed a few years ago. The dinner was very good . the turkey was moist, the stuffing and gravy had great flavor. So we decided to eat at the Roseburg Sizzler for Thanksgiving. We were so disappointed. It was the worst Thanksgiving meal that we have ever eaten. The turkey was in big Square chunks and very dry. The gravy was like they mixed flour and water and just heated it up. 4/29th Had dinner at the Fountain Valley, CA Sizzler. It was a great dinner experience. I was impressed & happy that my steak was perfect. Usually Chefs don’t like to cook a steak Med Well & it turns out dry. But my steak was juicy & delicious!! I asked for Chefs name & it’s Lorenzo. When I’m in the mood for steak, I’ll definitely ask if Lorenzo is the Chef.
