I never go to Panda after 7pm and usually have amazing service. I went on 11/30 and the evening staff was subpar. When I was finally acknowledged, there was no other customers in line ahead of me, I was rushed through. I felt like I was bothering the employee “Megatron” for being there. Megatron was literally the name on his tag. The cashier was so quiet and when I asked for sauce he acted like that was such an inconvenience. There was a large puddle of water in front of the drink machine and plenty of employees around that could have at least mopped it up. Just an awful experience. I will never go back past 7pm.
Just got dinner at 7:50 PM Nov. 30th, and the staff were horrible. No one acknowledged us for 2 minutes while we stood there, while an employee was RIGHT THERE behind the counter. They barely even looked at us. They gave us a to go bag without us asking, which made me feel like they were pushing us out of the restaurant. There was a giant wet puddle on the floor we had to walk through to get our drinks. Now I know when NOT to go back.

Listen. I will be honest and share that I order my family Panda Express about once a week, usually on my long work day. Ironically, it seems to also be everyone else in Roseburg's Panda night as well, and is usually busy as all heck. I see people come in and out and be so grumpy to those employees... who are literally going a million miles an hour to make it through all of the orders they're getting. They are all amazing rockstars, even when they run out of things or have grumpy customers barking at them. Even if I have to stand and wait, I'm happy to do so knowing that I'm going to leave there with the food I ordered. My order is always right, my family always enjoys their meals. I APPRECIATE YOU PANDA EMPLOYEES!

Tonight wasn’t the best night ordering out for here for us. We ordered 5 bigger plates and 1 bowl, but they messed up on one of bigger and forgot one completely. My grandfather tried telling the young girl about it at register after he paid 86 dollars for everything and had the receipt to show for it too, but she argued with him and felt that it wasn’t worth trying to fight about when they just wanted to argue with it. Very disappointed and upset with this restraunt tonight. Even more sad my grandfather had nothing to eat

The food is good. It just seems the portions are getting smaller every1 time we go back.
Staff was so friendly, handled a rush with composure, food was stocked and fresh, restaurant was clean. I would recommend to anyone. An absolutely delightful experience.
First time eating at this particular store. Food was good, restaurant clean, employees friendly, CocaCola was out and they immediately got it changed out. The cooks were staying on top of the food so they didn't run out (was there during lunch and it was busy). Would definitely recommend this Panda Express and I will eat here again.

Quick, good service and good food, other than being a little greasy. Bathroom was kinda dirty and there seemed to be no AC on a super hot day when eating inside the restaurant.
