I ordered two pitas and requested pesto on both. One of them was supposed to have extra pesto and no cheese. Unfortunately, the pita I asked to have extra pesto had none at all, while the other one did. This was really disappointing, our original choice was Subway, but we came here because you offer pesto. I was looking forward to enjoying it through the last bite and ended up very let down.

This was my first time ever going to Pita Pit, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience.
When I walked up to order, I was met with what felt like the classic “Gen Z stare.” I thought she didn’t hear me, so I repeated myself.. louder and explained that I didn’t know how ordering worked. She said “no worries, take your time,” but didn’t offer any guidance.
I asked what souvlaki meant and was told “I don’t know.” I also asked if building my own pita changed the price based on protein, and she said no—but didn’t explain how pricing actually works.
The atmosphere was following the tread very dull, TV menu broken and very outdated flyers posted. ONLY GOOD THING- The bathroom was pretty clean!
I ended up ordering the chicken souvlaki pita, and it didn’t taste good either. It was loaded with lettuce that seemed to go straight from water into the pita, making it soggy. There was very little flavor, and the meat itself was mushy.
I didn’t even finish it. At this point I was questioning everything and honestly just hoping I don’t get sick.
Overall, not a great first impression

The whole place was disgusting, the employee attitudes could be a whole lot better, I've never regretted giving a second chance until now 🤢

They put mustard on my boyfriend’s pita, when I asked them to take it off they got mad. They wouldn’t remake it they just scraped it off. They didn’t have hair nets and there was a strand of long hair in my boyfriend’s pita. We had to throw away both

The had long hair down, they did not change their gloves when going between the food and cash register. All together very unhygienic and gross.

Order online picked up sandwich brought it home and it had no meat (should have been a club pita) came back with sandwich but the kid working didn’t know how to handle giving me a new correct sandwich and couldn’t get his manager to answer i finally convinced him to just write down what happened make my sandwich and let me leave I won’t be back ever to pita pit in Roseburg
The worst service I have ever received in roseburg. Start to finish but it went beyond the person at the counter. It took about an hour for us to get only one of our items made and the worker had to go to the back and search for every other thing because they didn't have anything prepped and then said they were still waiting on the meat for our other item to be defrosted, and none of this was mentioned at the register, and there was only two other single people before us.
She also made a disproportionate pita, if I could show you a picture... small protein portions, I asked for shredded lettuce and she gave me Romain. I couldn't even handle trying to make her add what else I wanted on it. After an hour we had enough
THIS WAS AT 1PM-2PM if you have anything going on, I wouldn't risk it.

My family and I stopped in over the weekend for lunch before making the two hour drive home. Somehow, our minivan's slider door fell off the track and shattered our back window as we were trying to leave. After an hour of waiting in the parking lot for roadside assistance to call back, I went back into the restaurant to ask for recommendations. Ellie and Isaiah were working, and Ellie reached out to her dad for a number for a towing company. While I was on the phone with them, Elijah (who wasnt working that day but came into the restaurant) came by and asked if he could give it a try. He and Isaiah worked together to get the door back on track and closed while Ellie made sure my kids and dogs were comfortable and out of the hot car. Ellie cleaned up the broken glass, and Isaiah helped tape up the window. We were able to get home safely before I even heard from our insurance company. I greatly appreciate the kindness these three employees showed my family that afternoon. They are pretty amazing people.
Also our lunch was awesome--our area Pita Pit closed awhile ago, so we were excited there was one in Roseburg. We dont come to town often, but we'll definitely be back!
Food was ok. Service was slow but friendly. It was so hot in the restaurant it felt like a sweat shop. I felt bad for the workers.

If I could give this place a zero I would. First of all open sign wasn’t on. The girl working, it was her 4th day of work, she was already manager and she was by herself. She didn’t know what menu sign was suppose to be up on the tv so kept clicking through them for us. She didn’t know how to work the rice cooker so that wasn’t an option for the bowls. The grill looked liked it had not been cleaned in a while and there was chunks of burnt food left on when our food got grilled. The topping all looked like they had been sitting out for a least a couple days. The shredded lettuce was browning and looked like it should’ve been tossed. The girl didn’t know what some of the sauces were. The worst part was we both got pineapple on “salad bowls” and first bite it tasted fermented. I took it both meals back to get a refund. While still in the store the pineapple had not been thrown out and there was customer getting food. Very disappointed as this used to be a place I liked to eat at. Will not be going back.

The girl who made my food was very good at her job and very personable. The pita was really good and of course with a root beer brings back lake day memories. 20/10

An absolutely stellar experience as far as Pita Pits go. The service was especially great, loved the attitude of my server. Made me feel welcome. More of that please.
