They are always understaffed. Today someone asked the person at the counter if she was working alone today and she responded “always.” Waited 20 minutes just to order, just to be informed they couldn’t give me falafel because it was frozen.
Worker was doing the best she could, place just isn’t managed right.

A pita pit is a pita pit is a pita pit. They are ok. But this one had 2 great staff members that were funny, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure my sandwich ordering experience was perfect. Shout out to Luke and the nice blond girl

I haven’t had pita pit for probably 10 years. I was very excited to eat here. I walked in and the employee instantly told me that she was behind on catering orders and she couldn’t help me for 30 minutes. Pretty let down.

They served us cold falafels, the veggies weren’t fresh, and they told us we could get our water from the bathroom. That doesn’t seem normal to me.
Went there to eat like I always do when I’m in Roseburg. Last time I am going there. Spent $40 on 4 pitas and it was stuffed full of jalapeños and barely any meat. Wasn’t impressed by that place this time around and can’t justify 40$ for jalapeños. Service was poor and slow.

Food was so soggy. I asked for little lettuce and it was loaded. I asked for mayonnaise and it had very little. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away. Not impressed with the food.

Love their food. The people working here are nice but every time we come they have 1 person working. It's to hard for them to keep up with the demand. I have seen several customers walk out because the wait time is long. This time they just happened to be out of several things.
